Lloyd District Penthouse

This penthouse loft had just recently been fully renovated to be completely open on both levels with the master suite overlooking the two story living room. The clean, angular architecture, granite slabs, and hardwood floors provided a stunning picture, but the client wanted to add warmth. Pangaea Interior Design furnished the space, and continued with the contemporary look the client was going for, but softened the hard surfaces and straight lines with soft textures and flowing organic shapes. Clean-lined, modern furniture was balanced with soft and light fabrics, giving a welcoming atmosphere to the home. Due to the open layout of the loft, Pangaea developed a color palette that flowed seamlessly throughout, and blended warm neutrals with occasional pops of color. Nature inspired the overall feel, with live-edge woods and floral accessories bringing an organic element to the space.
