When this couple first approached Pangaea, they exclaimed that they “couldn’t even decide on a ceiling fan!” When Pangaea arrived, she found a spacious master bedroom…completely empty. Fortunately, this provided a nice clean slate to begin the design. All of the furniture in the room is custom designed. The bed is fully upholstered in leather, and topped with custom made bedding and feather down pillows. It is flanked with unique side tables which match the dresser. The dresser was built about 18″ longer than most prefabricated dressers, maximizing the entire wall space. A custom bench adds much needed blanket and linen storage and is a comfortable spot to sit and put on shoes. Custom drapery panels were topped with a simple cornice to add to the minimal look. As for that ceiling fan? Pangaea found them a unique three-bladed one that keeps them cool and looks cool too!
